This is a re-upload of an old sermon jam, I re-uploaded it because the background track being used was not mine in copyright. This sermon jam now has a track from www.videocopilot.net. Every video we put up uses sounds from that package now, and I am going back to correct the older ones that did not use the music from that package.
We must always strive to be beyond-reproach! And never allow our conscience to be seared!
Documentary about 13-year-old Deborah Drapper, who, unlike other British teens has never heard of Britney Spears or Victoria Beckham. She has been brought up in a deeply Christian family and her parents have tried to make sure she and her ten brothers and sisters have grown up protected from the sins of the outside world.
Deborah is a bright, confident girl who has big ambitions for her life and the film spends a summer with her as she ventures out in the world to see what life outside her family could be and starts putting her beliefs forward to a wider audience.

John MacArthur is the author of more than 150 books, including many bestsellers such as: The Truth War, The Gospel According to Jesus, The MacArthur Study Bible, and his latest effort entitled, A Tale of Two Sons: The Inside Story of a Father, His Sons, and a Shocking Murder. Dr. MacArthur is the pastor-teacher of Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California, he hosts the "Grace to You" radio program, and is also the president of The Master's College and Seminary located in southern California.
Everyone can understand a wayward child as well as the concept of a forgiving, reconciling father that seeks to embrace and love that child again. This is what makes the parable of the prodigal son so beautiful. As Dr. MacArthur notes, however, this is not the whole story.
According to Dr. MacArthur, the Bible always means what it meant when it was written. In A Tale of Two Sons, he looks at this story from the context of the shame that permeated the culture that Jesus lived in. A father who had a son who made the choice the prodigal did, would be shamed. The fact that the father gave him the inheritance would appear to make him even more shameful. Adding to the father's shame was the fact that he took the prodigal back and restored him, because in that culture, a son that did what the prodigal did would most likely be required to earn back the fortune he had wasted, and then perhaps his father would accept him.
Jesus was telling this parable to Jews who lived by this code of shame. This code fit their lifestyle of legalism, and the story Jesus was telling just didn't fit that paradigm because it said nothing of the son working his way back into the good graces of his father. As Dr. MacArthur points out, the Pharisees had no category for grace.
You'll learn how this parable shows why it's important that a sinner recognize his sinful state before coming to Christ, as well as how the abrupt end of this parable connects directly to Calvary's cross.

When I first saw this sermon at the beginning of the year, it radically changed my life forever. The passion of Piper preaching on the subject of suffering was something I had never witnessed before in my life. The simple fact is, if revival ever happens, it will be because we throw away all of the care for our reputation. We will stop seeking the approval of man, and then we will suffer, either it be physical, or mainly verbal. Through those sufferings everyone will see Christ being magnified as the most valuable treasure. For Christ to be more valuable then what people think of you, is something every Christian must come to. I pray that your friends are able to look at you, and not see your laptop computer being more valuable then Christ. That they dont see everyone of your conversations directed to something other then Christ.
Galatians 1:10 - For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to pelase man, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Luke 16:13 - No servant can serve two masters for either he will hate the one and love the other
You cannot server your identity, reputation, your feelings, and serve Lord Jesus Christ. Turn to Christ, and by His Grace let go of any idols you hold onto.
Philippians 1:29 - For it has been granted to you that for the sake of Christ you should not only believe in him but also suffer for his sake.
Matthew 7:12-21 - 12 So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
13 Enter by the narrow gate. For the gate is wide and the way is easy that leads to destruction, and those who enter by it are many. 14 For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. A Tree and Its Fruit
15 Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheeps clothing but inwardly are ravenous wolves. 16 You will recognize them by their fruits. Are grapes gathered from thornbushes, or figs from thistles? 17 So, every healthy tree bears good fruit, but the diseased tree bears bad fruit. 18 A healthy tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a diseased tree bear good fruit. 19 Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20 Thus you will recognize them by their fruits. I Never Knew You
21 Not everyone who says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22 On that day many will say to me, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name? 23 And then will I declare to them, I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.
Welcome to this blogspot I hope you enjoy this blogspot... I have this blogspot for you to learn and understand the Bible and get grounded in the Word of God.
I woud like to give you some websites to visit to help grow in the Lord Jesus...
Some stuff about me Well I Love the Lord and want all to come to the Lord and be Born Again see John 3:3; 3:7. I know all will not get born again but that is not my choice I would just love to see it happen that's all but it can't all be that way for God has chosen who will get save. But that does not mean I will not try to witness to you on this blogspot beacuse I will, and I will do my best to bring you to the cross and Jesus Christ and Him on the Cross, that why he hung on the cross was for all mankind to forgive all of their sin that is if you repent and put your trust in Him. Or as 1 John 3:4 puts it, "Whosoever commits sin transgresses also the law: for sin is the transgression of the law." Now if you don't know what sin is then go and check yourself with the Ten Commandments go to Exodus 20:1-17. And if you can't figure out that you have sinned against God, then read, Matthew 5:1-48 6:1-34 7:1-29 and see if you have broken any of the Ten Commandments. Oh how I hope you will, and then repent and put your trust in Jesus and stop sinning and read your Bible without fail. God Bless! Bible Speech http://biblespeech.com/
Just a Born Again Believer see John 3:3 Trusting in Jesus.
